An industrial park along Mombasa road near Syokimau railway station. It comprises 11 warehouses, with a total square footage of approximately 160,000. Warehouses are high spec, including mezzanine floor for office spaces. Electrical power is provided by a three phase electrical supply to each warehouse. Each is equipped with ablution blocks.

There is a borehole as well as water storage facilities with 1000 Ltr tank above each unit. The complex is also supplied with epz water.

24/7 security with back up alarms is provided to the whole complex.
