With 20 years of experience in the market our first project was Avenue Park, a 300 unit residential gated complex, followed by industrial parks serving several blue chip and other companies, to high end office complexes and luxury residential premises.Our founder, the late GS Vohra was also founder and chairman of Sarova Hotels. His passion for creating and developing took him from the world of hospitality, creating luxury hotels and lodges, to commercial and residential real estate.
