Bookings<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Bookings are subject to availability.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any required payment is received.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>You must use the space only for the booking type, time and purpose agreed.<\/li>\r\n\t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">2. Payments, cancellations, changes and refunds<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Transform this architectural rendering into a high-end contemporary luxury clubhouse. Keep the overall building footprint, two-storey form, and swimming pool location, but significantly upgrade the architecture. Prices will be shared before a booking is confirmed.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Payment may be required in advance, especially for day passes, meeting rooms, private offices, events, or one-off bookings. \r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received or written confirmation has been given by us.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>If a customer does not arrive for their booking and has not cancelled or rescheduled in time, this will be treated as a <strong>no-show<\/strong> and the booking may still be charged in full.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Cancellations or changes must be made in writing by WhatsApp, email, or any other official communication channel confirmed by us.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Meeting room bookings cancelled or changed less than 1 hour before the booking time will be charged in full.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Day passes, hot desk bookings, and one-off bookings cancelled or changed less than 3 hours before the start time may be charged in full.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Event bookings, private room bookings, or group bookings may have separate cancellation terms, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Refunds are not automatic. Where approved, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method or issued as credit towards a future booking.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing and having given prior notice.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>If we need to cancel or move a booking due to maintenance, safety, double-booking, power issues, access issues, or any reason outside our reasonable control, we will offer a reschedule, credit, or refund where appropriate.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">3. Access and guests<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>You may only access the space during your confirmed booking or membership hours.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Guests must be signed in or approved where required.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>You are responsible for your guests while they are in the space.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">4. Respectful use of the space\r\n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Be respectful to other users, staff and neighbours.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Keep noise to a reasonable level.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Use meeting rooms, calls and shared areas considerately.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Clean up after yourself and leave desks, rooms and kitchen areas tidy.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Do not damage, remove or misuse furniture, equipment or property.<\/li>\t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">5. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Illegal activity, harassment, threats, discrimination or unsafe behaviour.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Smoking or vaping inside unless there is a designated area.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Bringing dangerous, offensive or disruptive items into the space.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Using the space in a way that disturbs others or damages the property.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>No drugs and alcohol allowed in the space.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">6. Wi-Fi and equipment<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Wi-Fi is provided for normal business use.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>You must not use the network for illegal downloads, hacking, spam, unsafe content or anything that affects others.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>You are responsible for your own devices, chargers and belongings.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">7. Belongings and security<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Please look after your belongings. <\/li>\r\n\t<li> Avenue 5 Coworking or Infusion Properties Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items unless required by law.<\/li>\r\n\t<li> CCTV, access control or visitor logs may be used for safety and security.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">8. Damage and extra costs<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>You may be charged for damage, lost access cards\/keys, special cleaning, missing items or extra time used beyond the booking.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Event clients may be responsible for damage caused by their guests, suppliers or setup teams.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">9. Events, filming and photos<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"listing\">\r\n\t<li>Events, filming, photography, branding, d\u00c3\u00a9cor or outside suppliers must be approved in advance.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Do not photograph or film other users without permission.<\/li>\r\n\t\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">10. Ending access<\/h2>\r\n<p>We may refuse entry, end a booking or cancel access if someone breaks any of the terms, behaves unsafely, discriminatory, fails to pay, or misuses the space.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4 mt-4\">11.
